Refund policy
Every Reality & Revelry piece is made to order, printed or produced specifically for you the moment you check out. That is what lets us keep quality high without a warehouse of overstock.
Because each item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, buyer's remorse, or a change of heart, so please check our size charts before ordering. What we will always make right:
- Damaged or defective items
- Misprints or products that do not match what you ordered
- Orders lost in transit
Email kryles@realityandrevelry.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or a full refund. No drama, no fine print games.
Sale and drop-exclusive items follow the same policy: final sale unless something went wrong on our end.
